This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is steps away from the Lower Sundance ski run, perfect for skiing and hiking. This home features direct ski-in and ski-out access to the Lower Sundance ski run, accessible by blue or green runs. Enjoy a BBQ, a huge hot tub on the back patio that comfortably fits 10 adults, and an outdoor fire pit. The entry level/garage level has a 2-car private heated garage with game tables, a ski locker room with a boot/mitten warmer, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a small gym with a TV, and an additional laundry area. The heated garage includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, tiki-toss, corn-hole, and dart board. You'll also find a set of Frisbee golf discs, multiple sleds, Frisbee, 4 fold-up festival chairs, and snowshoes. The upper floor features a king-size bed with an en-suite double vanity bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in steam shower. The main floor has a living room, kitchen, gas fireplace, powder room, and a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus access to the back decks, fire pit, and hot tub. The lower floor has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, and another bedroom with 4 twin beds (custom built-in bunks). There is also another full bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor to service the bunk room. An additional media room on this floor offers comfy seating, a 75" TV, and a Bose sound bar. The kitchen bar has a beverage/wine fridge. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Nespresso Original with milk frother and Kuerig-K Duo, which makes single-serve K-cups or a 12-cup drip pot, and a coffee bean grinder. A pack n' play with sheets, a high chair, kids' plates, cups, and silverware are provided. An EV outlet (50-amp NEMA 14-50) is available in the garage for EV charging. Mountain Village is beautifully orchestrated, planned, and overflowing with charm and sophistication. A world-class ski resort with culture and vistas to match. A free gondola operates from the Market plaza to Mountain Village core, where you can connect to the gondola to Telluride, operating 7 days a week between 6:30 am and midnight, and until 2 am in season. It's a 1 to 2-minute drive to the market and gondola, which you can ride into the Mountain Village core and on to Telluride. Or simply use "Dial-A-Ride" for a free trip around Mountain Village via an easy-to-use app. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The upper floor includes a desk and laser printer. Smart Televisions with cable channels are in the Living room, Media room, gym and all bedrooms! Bose sound-bars in living room and media room. There are 2 sets of full-size laundry to get all that gear clean and dry for the next day. Corn-Hole is available to enjoy out back. Games, poker set, balls, sleds, Frisbee, etc., are available to keep the whole family entertained. A Frisbee golf set for 4 with a carrying backpack is included.
