About This Property
This luxury, modern condo in the historic center of downtown Bozeman is available this summer for a minimum of 60 days only or for the whole period from July 1st - Sept. 21st, 2025. Bozeman is one of the most attractive cities in the vibrant West, centrally located to all Montana's ‘Big Sky’ outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, all-year indoor ice-skating, horseback riding, fishing, or visiting Rodeos and old Western ‘ghost towns'. The condo is an breath-taking drive through Paradise Valley to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We are a few blocks from Main Street, known for its great restaurants, bars, shopping, farmers markets, historic tours and many other cultural events. An artist’s residence, the 1022 square feet condo features contemporary art and a balcony, facing north from the fourth floor with a a stunning view over the Bridger Mountains. A small electric grill is provided. There is also an outdoor communal area with tables and seating around gas-fire pits on the second floor. The condo has two bedrooms: one master bedroom and a smaller office/bedroom. Each bedroom comes with its own full size bathroom. One has a large walk-in shower and the other one has a bathtub. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a large closet in the entrance hall and another closet in the second bedroom. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a washer/dryer and vacuum cleaner. Fully-air conditioned, the appliances include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an induction stove and oven. Outside parking can always be found on the street near the building. Please, refer to the rules and regulations codes of the building.
