I'm looking for a housemate and do not have other units available at this time. The bedroom has a private half bath, but the main bathroom has a shared shower. Rent is $475/month with all utilities (heat, water, trash, wifi, etc.) included. Dishwasher and laundry are available on site. I handle lawn care and snow removal. Off street parking space is available. Lease length will only be month to month. The bedroom and common areas are furnished, but you’re welcome to bring additional stuff if needed. The house is located in KI Sawyer, about a 25-minute drive to Marquette or 10 minutes to Gwinn. There are lots of trails and lakes nearby for recreation. I have an application process and will require a background and credit check. I'll be happy to provide more pictures or answer questions as needed. A little about me: I'm a 31-year-old male. I'm a Forester in my day job, so I work during the day, occasionally from home. I’m a fairly active person (playing guitar, choir, social dancing, taekwondo, etc.) but also pretty easy to get along with and quiet around the house. I do have two cats, so no additional pets are allowed. Must not smoke.
