Silvia Mendez is a country gal who has done well in the Beach Cities and the South Bay. She was raised in a small town south of Fresno and attended country schools. In the fourth grade, she had the unique privilege of being mentored in the violin by the founder of the Fresno Philharmonic Foundation. Her musical education eventually earned Silvia several scholarships and a trip to the music department at Berkeley. At the youthful age of 18, she bought her first house unbeknownst that this would eventually be her future field of endeavor. Recently named Manager of Realty ONE Group's new Hermosa Beach office in 2017. Silvia counts herself fortunate to work among colleagues who are ethical committed and professional. She leads from a mindset of simplicity, transparency, and sincerity with a focus on unrivaled customer service.
