The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space, a dining table with seating for 8, and additional bar stool seating. The living room features a huge and comfy sectional sofa and 2 oversized club chairs, and there's access to the covered deck. The lower level also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. The second floor has three additional spacious bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms and large closets. Two of these rooms each have their own private deck and feature queen-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two double beds. A luxe gas-powered golf cart is available for rent ($65/day for the 4-seater and $75/day for the 6-seater), offering approximately 140 miles of cruising on a single tank (gas included). Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Ideally situated for beach lovers and convenience seekers, this property is a stone's throw from the beach and close to local shopping and a diverse selection of restaurants. The new Surfside Beach Pier (March 2024) is a short walk away. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children.
