About This Property
Newly built ADU in Del Rey (11523 Braddock), which is located conveniently between downtown Culver City and Playa Vista. This house has vaulted 14 ft ceiling in the main space, and vaulted 10-12 ft ceilings in the rest of the home. The newly designed custom kitchen has ample cabinets and pantry space. The large 12ft island with quartz countertop and waterfall edge can provide seating for up to five people. All the appliances are brand new, including a microwave drawer and a vent hood to filter out grease and odors while cooking. The entire ADU is heated and cooled with a mini split system, allowing each room's temperature to be effectively controlled independently from another room. The high ceilings, 16 windows, plus a 12 foot span of windows and sliding door in the main space helps the small footprint of this house feel larger. The sliding door in the main space opens up to 500 sq ft of private backyard. The newly landscaped yard is low maintenance with an outdoor patio and pet friendly turf.
