Forced air heating, no central AC. No functional fireplace or dishwasher. 12 month lease, $1200 per month and $1200 deposit. Renters pay electricity, gas, and internet if applicable. Off street parking. No smoking, no drugs of any kind and no pets. We are unable to accept section 8 vouchers. Renters must have renters insurance covering your assets. The upper unit has a balcony and none of the doors and windows are childproofed. It is not a good fit for families with young children.
