ROOM AND HOUSE: Room has private entrance (140 sq.ft., unfurnished), own bath, walk-in closet (30 sq.ft.), ceiling light/fan. Kitchen use, laundry convenience, WiFi throughout house. One-story, 3500 sq.ft. house, with energy efficient double-pane windows, well-maintained common areas with cleaning lady and gardener visits. My husband and I pay fixed utilities and we cover a large portion of water and SDGE-gas to encourage conserving on bills based on consumption. Garage storage not provided. RENT INCLUDES: SDGE-electric, Internet, sewer, trash (water and SDGE-gas is shared, though as stated, we pay the bulk for both). TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Long-term rental is preferred with a month-to-month rental agreement. Security deposit is equal a month's rent. QUESTIONS: Please call or text.
