You'll find both bedrooms on the ground level of your guesthouse, one with a queen bed and the other with custom made queen bunk beds. As you climb the spiral staircase, you'll come to the 2nd level which has the kitchen and living room. Continue up one more level to the spacious rooftop deck with a large sofa, dining area, grill and fire pit. It's the perfect spot to take in those beautiful California sunsets! This property is a detached guest house, the owner lives in the front house. There are no shared areas, you have your own access to the guest house and lots of privacy. Outdoor shower for a post beach rinse! Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, desk workspace, satellite cable and streaming options! Dogs are allowed for a nightly fee (25 lbs or less, non-shedding, and crated when left alone). This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and would be best for quieter guests. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties and smoking.
