In no instance will more than two (2) pets be allowed. Pets must be screened and approved by the manager and listed on the lease. Renter pays for all utilities and manages lawn care. Weekly trash service (two bins) is covered by the rent, any fees due to violations are passed on to renter. Any appliances on site belong with the house, including washer and dryer, but they are available for tenant use and are maintained by the tenant. Tenant must verify current employment (earning 3x rent rate), carry renters insurance & complete background and credit checks to be considered for a lease.
