Looking for a current undergrad that will graduate in 2024 or 2025 or a graduate student. Great location, less than a mile from UMBC with street parking and a spot to fit a car in the back of the house. Close to bus routes as well. Before moving in you must be approved by the property owner, where an application and background check must be completed. The room is the unfurnished master and closest to the shared upstairs bathroom, with 2 other upstairs bedrooms and one in the basement. A 2nd full bathroom is in the basement, as well as the on-site washer and dryer. This person will collect rent from other tenants and send it to the property owner via Zelle or Cash App. House has the following: central AC, washer/dryer in basement, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and partially furnished living room/dining room. Rent is $495 + utilities that average approximately @ $100 for gas, electricity, and internet. The property owner receives the water bill and adds to every 3 months of rent, and utilities are split equally between 4 tenants. No pets at first but may be negotiable with property owner. The tentants need to cut the grass/yard maintenance and taking out the trash/recycle on Thursday's. There are 2 other girls remaining in the house and looking for a 4th.
