About This Property
Looking to sublet 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom, 4 bath spacious apartment at The Lux. Rental is clean and bright with a full XL bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and separate closet in hallway. This bedroom will share a full bathroom with one other person, at most. The rental comes fully furnished with a TV, appliances, laundry machine/dryer (in apartment), and dishwasher, plus access to a package room, gym, sauna, free wifi, rooftop terrace, and study room. Apartment is on the edge of campus in the heart of Collegetown. Apartment will be shared with at least two other friendly and considerate junior girls.
