A 3 bedroom apartment looking for ONE, FEMALE leaser for 12 months from August 3rd - July 31st at the cliff apartments by Mayflower! Internet is free and all utilities are paid except electricity. Rent is extremely cheap ($465), plus it is right next to a cambus stop (less than 1 minute walk) which stops at Mayflower every 15 minutes and goes straight to campus town. The apartment is inhabited by 2 girls and they live on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks the river!The apartment is good price for the size (1175 sq ft) and has spacious bedrooms and much closet space. The apartment also comes with 2 FREE parking spaces with one being in an underground COVERED space. Heating and AC are both included and free. The kitchen is large and includes a pantry. Laundry is in the building!! The girls are focused on school but also like to go out from time to time and have fun. They are both interested in public health and their phone numbers can be given.
