NOTE: This property has an ADU rental unit that is currently rented by owner's grandson. Since tenants of the main house are liable for all utilities for the property, property management has been instructed to offer them a $150.00 monthly rebate on the rent (effective rent is $1950.00 per month). Please note that the ADU tenant has NO access to any portion of the property rented by the main house tenant(s) except for shared driveway.
