The suite includes a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, and electric stove, along with all necessary cookware and utensils. Relax in the living room with your favorite shows on the Smart TV or get work done with fast WiFi. The in-suite laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and complimentary supplies like detergent, iron, and ironing board. Street parking is available around the home, but please be aware that parking is restricted during major stadium events. Guests are responsible for checking signage and arranging alternate parking if needed. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval. The Muse Nook is ideally located in the Parkdale neighborhood, offering quick access to the entire city. You are just minutes away from Rogers Place, downtown, and Commonwealth Stadium, making it a perfect base for exploring Edmonton's best spots. The peaceful and private neighborhood provides a relaxed home base with the city at your fingertips. This is a non-party home, and any evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The property is entirely smoke-free and vape-free indoors, with a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 5 meters from entrances. Pets are not allowed, and a $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The unit does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for your comfort. Lost keys, garage door openers, or FOBs will incur a $200 replacement fee per item. Maximum occupancy is limited to the stated number of guests unless explicitly authorized. Unregistered guests are subject to a $50 fee per person, per night. A late check-out without approval incurs a $50 fee after 30 minutes, plus $50 for every additional 30 minutes.
