The building is located on a lovely quiet tree lined street. It's just around the corner from the famous Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, where there's restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although there's no direct traffic access to the street from Sunset, you can walk there easily.
For further transportation, it's quite quick to call a ride-share program and there is a bus line along Sunset, and a central subway station a mile or so down the road.
This private 2nd story unit is fully furnished in a simple, elegant contemporary fashion. We've provided a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, Apple TV, fast WiFi, central air/heat and a private patio large enough for entertaining. One bedroom featuring a king-size bed and Thermarest mattress with one and a half baths, plus a desk in the living room.
Additional features include water fountain & tropical foliage by the patio and beautiful lush green grounds, including amenities such as Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Fitness Center & Tennis Court, as well as a small dog park inside the grounds. Other common areas include a conference area & lounge. (All areas are open and available for guest use.)

Gated garage parking for 1 car. Your guests may request a parking permit for their visit, for a maximum of 24 hours.
1 dog only permitted, 25 pounds maximum allowed by building. $150 dog fee needed for building upon checkin. Small outdoor astroturf dog park on-site to relieve your dogs, but dogs not allowed in other public building spaces.
Our main entertainment source is streamed over WiFi from the Apple TV, instead of cable. From the Apple TV apps, we provide Netflix. There is a range of other channels with varying degrees of unlimited and limited access, plus news clips (live news on: CBS, ABC, Sky), sports, videos. podcasts.
We don’t have subscriptions for all of the apps, but renters may sign into individual apps with their own info if you already have subscriptions to them, and/or download other apps to the system. Live broadcasting of a few popular sports is usually not available, unless guest has subscriptions.
Guests must follow reasonable building rules like no smoking and keeping noise levels down. Failure to comply to these rules may result in fines or early removal, so please read thoroughly.
