Upon Acceptance: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. A months rent will be due upon move-in. If lease begins after the first of the month, a prorated rent will be charged. Pet policy: With pets the security deposit is raised to 1.5x the monthly rent. Petscreening is a mandatory service that will screen your pet. They will provide a Fido score which will determine the pet rent charged based on risk factors. Pet rent ranges from $20-$80/mo.
