This is brand new build in 2023 by JA Myers Homes in Homestead Acres community (Hanover, PA) $2500 refundable security deposit + $2400 first month rent due at signing on or before 11/30. This is a must to secure the property. If lease is signed after 11/30, monthly rent is $2500 There will be 7-day grace period from rent due date for any late rent payments. For example Dec 5 is move-in date, second monthly rent would be in Jan 5. Rent payment should be received no later than Jan 12. If rent payment is not received within the grace period, the owner reserves the right to issue a 10-day notice to quit for non-payment of rent. Failure to comply may lead to eviction proceedings, potentially requiring tenant to vacate the premises within 30 days, subject to local laws. Security deposit will not be refunded back in once tenant is in default. Owner pays for HOA.
