About This Property

This is a super cool house with a 2 minute walk to the beach. It's great for UTMB students and grad students. I'm an oceanography grad at TAMUG and have two dogs. One of them is a foster fail because she was unable to be rehomed due to dog aggression, so if you have a pup it might be a challenge but could probably be figured out. The bathroom is shared with me and my partner, but he is in a program in Scotland so he isn't currently staying here. To make the house more affordable our landlords allow us to rent out the rooms since as grad students we have a lot of rotation. Lease could be 1 month to 1 year, we aren't picky. Super flexible dates, can be as little as 1 month or even 1 year. We are pro LGBTQ+, BLM, dogs, nature, and accept climate change as a real thing.

San Jacinto is a laid-back locale nestled along the Gulf of Mexico.
