Fantastic front porch stretches the entire length of the building, and looks out over Moody Park which is right across the street. Stained, 100 year old oak hardwood floors. Huge, decorative only, fireplace in the living room with built-ins on the sides to take up the entire wall. Leaded glass windows above the fireplace. The dining room has the same oak floor, and an AWESOME Coffered Ceiling (seriously, Goggle "Coffered Ceiling"). Oak flooring in the first bedroom. Eat in kitchen with limited counter space. You will absolutely want to have a bar height kitchen table or a portable island of some sort. Good fridge, electric stove. Long skinny bathroom with a claw foot tub that is set up for a shower as well. The back bedroom/office has carpet. Full unfinished basement is dry and has been used many times as an artist studio. Former artist tenants built work benches that are still in place, there is a ton of good unfinished dry space down there. Small back deck looks out over a non fenced open yard. Laundry facility is on property. Up to 2 cats or 1 reasonable dog are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet. Additional pets are charged a $100 pet fee and $20 a month each. Tenant pays Gas, Electric, and a $20 a month Sewer surcharge.
