All-electric Solar Powered Tiny house for rent in the Mitchell Park area. Walking distance to downtown!!! Custom Kitchen, Great Room, Generous 3/4 Bathroom, Spacious Sleeping loft. Built in 2021 Shared yard with a fire pit, grill area, and space for gardening. Street parking. Utilities Included: solar electric, water, waste, high speed internet access to shared laundry room (shared with 2 other units) 4 other units on the property. We have some shared spaces and sometimes have communal BBQs or other gatherings. We are mostly in our 30s and 40s, plus 2 small children. If interested, please tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to live in a semi-communal setting. Tours available for serious inquiries only.
