I am a current freshman at the U and purchased this house to live here for the next few years. The house is currently being updated and will be ready for anyone who wants to move in once the dorms close on May 13th. It is a big house and several bedrooms available. 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 4 bathrooms, and tons of free parking. The Dinkytown connector stops right across the street and a short walk to Frank & Andrea's, Kollege Klub, etc. I am asking $600 per bedroom and we will all share utilities. If you do not want to move in for this summer, the lease can start at the end of August and run for 12 months. There are three of us so far, two of us have been friend since high school. We are very laid back and enjoy Gopher Sports and the outdoors.
