THE SPACE As with any trip, mindful convenience and purposeful comfort are our primary concerns. Intentional design touches permeate throughout this 2,000 sqft dedicated Mid-Term Rental property. The two second story bedrooms provide a Queen and a King bed that includes luxurious bedding and Black-Out curtains for a restful nights sleep. Relax in our spacious “Great Hall” (ie. family room) located on the Main Floor with a 55” Roku TV placed above the decorative fireplace. Our elegant Galley Kitchen comes complete with all the essentials you’ll need: Keurig, French Press, Instant Pot and much more. Need a place to get some remote work or extra studying done? Enjoy our standing desk and comfortable business chair in the office space. Full laundry is available on the lower level with complimentary Laundry Detergent and Stain Remover. Spend some time grilling out under the private patio Pergola or relax around the Fire Pit on the spacious deck. As an added bonus, slip into the Hammock while star-gazing under the amber patio lights. GUEST ACCESS Parking: Come enjoy our Mid-Term Rental space as you would your home. Feel free to use the one-car garage or driveway for convenient off-street parking, as well as on the street. TV: The Roku TV is equipped with high speed fiber-optic internet where you can login to your accounts on your favorite streaming platform like: Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, etc. Keycode: You will be provided a keycode before your arrival in order to access the property. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Cleaning Schedule: There will be a monthly cleaning fee (same as the advertised fee on our listing) to have the property cleaned each month. Paper Products: A starter amount of toilet paper/paper towels will be available. It is on you to purchase more as is needed throughout your stay.
