No texts, no Facebook messages, no bedroom apartment in Greenville. Located at a quiet Apartment Complex on a hill and dead end street. Approximately 700 sq/ft. Water, sewer and trash pickup included. Tenant responsible for electric and gas (heat and water heater). Laminated hard wood floors. Utilities are very reasonable here. There are security cameras at this facility, and a Laundromat onsite for your convenience. $575 per month (first and last month rent due at lease signing) plus $575 deposit with approved application, background check, references along with proof of income. First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit required prior to move in. A pet may be allowed in this unit. Additional fees and deposit, breed and size restrictions apply. Call to discuss our pet policy. There is a $20 application fee per adult living in unit.
