This is a great opportunity for visiting scholars and individuals staying in the Ithaca area for approximately a half year.This home features recently refinished hardwood floor, a completely renovated and brand-new kitchen, completely renovated full and half bathrooms upstairs, a spacious, open floor-plan and living area, and a finished basement that adds a lot of functionality and space for families. The basement is comfortable as a playroom, rec room or other bonus space (basement is not included in the square footage). There is additionally a three-season porch off of the living room facing the backyard that adds additional room.We do allow pets who are spayed/neutered, non-aggressive, house-trained, and will be good neighbors to our neighbors. We do not charge a separate pet deposit, but carefully screening potential animal residents is important to us.Tenants pay electric, gas, and water.We are landlords and have other rentals besides this house is which is our home. We follow the same process with everybody, which is to ask interested parties to first fill out a basic application (there is no fee for this). After filling out the application, we are available to show the property. If you would like to move forward, we will check employment and references and do a credit check ($30 fee, paid to the company). To sign a lease, we require a deposit equal to one month's rent.
