The spacious living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. The second level includes two primary suites, each with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus access to the third-level deck with direct ocean views. A queen bed is in the third bedroom, and two full beds are in the fourth bedroom, sharing a third upstairs bath. A full-sized washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. Optional rentals include lightweight backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available through the Guest Portal at booking. This Surfside Beach location offers the best of both worlds: beach access and an urban-like experience with many places within walking distance. The newly opened Surfside Beach Pier is just a minute's walk away, along with several excellent dining options. For a fun family experience, rent a deluxe gas-powered golf cart from a local provider, who will deliver and pick it up from the home. The property is approximately 20 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, with early check-in available for a small fee. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 12, including infants and children. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7:00 AM. Guests must be 25 or older to book, and no events or parties are allowed.
