The first floor features a bonus rec room garage and a king bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. The main floor offers an open-concept gathering space equipped with a smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, and a queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. The next floor includes two bedroom suites, each with king-size beds and twin trundles. The top floor boasts a private outdoor area with a spacious rooftop double deck, its own lounging area, and a hot tub. Free street parking is available both in front and behind the unit. Guests who stay three weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee, which is not included in the pricing you see but will be an additional add-on fee. There is an additional $500 fee for guests wanting to book this property for filming and/or photography. Each request will be reviewed for approval, and a location agreement and COI must be provided prior to your shoot date. Perfectly located close to all the action, you're just minutes away from Nashville's Top Golf, numerous great restaurants in East Nashville and Germantown, and all the excitement on downtown Broadway. Catch a game at the Nissan Stadium, a concert at The Ryman or Bridgestone Arena, or bring the kids to the Adventure Science Center. You're close to it all! Ride shares are readily available for easy transportation. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy on the property being used as a home base for parties or visitors outside of your confirmed guest count to come and go. If you exceed the confirmed guest count in your reservation without prior approval, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs can result in withholding of deposit. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, it can be blocked off for you at half the nightly rate. The same goes for late check-out. While staying, ensure the garage door is shut whenever not actively using the garage. A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home. Only the best guests who will respect the property and neighbors are welcome. Not suitable for rowdy crowds. Primary guest must be 21 years or older.
