The dining table seats four, perfect for home-cooked meals. Relax in the living room with smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and enjoy the plush towels and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay per pet. We can accommodate either one large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained, and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets. A minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed if these guidelines are not followed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Located in the heart of Corpus Christi, this apartment offers a prime spot in the Shoreline/Bayfront area. Just 5 minutes to Downtown and steps away from local gems like Coffee Mugg, Bien Merite, and Hester’s. Enjoy easy access to major highways and top attractions like the USS Lexington Museum, Texas State Aquarium, and Corpus Christi Beach. This is a second-floor apartment, and stairs must be climbed to access the home. There is no elevator or handicap accessible entry. The neighborhood is vibrant and urban, with typical city life including foot and car traffic, street noise, and a diverse community.
