Upstairs we have a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances full shower in the upstairs bathroom. Outside there is a nice lounging deck.
Downstairs there are new Washer and Dryer, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, there are STEEP stairs so please be cautious and aware when setting up your lease.

I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.
Dogs/Cats are allowed UPON APPROVAL ONLY, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $50 per month per pet,limit 2 under 50lbs.

Northern Aurora B is in a duplex in Eagle River Alaska. Within walking distance to our new Odd Man Brewery, Pizzaman and 3 churches, this home is located in a prime spot! Only 15 minutes from downtown Anchorage, 10 minutes from JBER (Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson) and on a 3/4 acre wooded lot. The exterior of the home has not been remodeled yet, but the interior is just as pictured!
2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, Front Loader Stacked Wash Machine and Dryer, 43" Smart 4K TV in bedroom 2, and a 65" Smart 4K TV in the living room above our cozy electric fireplace provide you with the comforts of home that you're looking for! We do have STEEP Stairs so please hold onto the rail while walking downstairs and if you are not good with stairs, please do not choose this home.
