Experience the best of Central Corpus Christi in this remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the 2nd story. Stairs must be climbed to access the apartment. Feel at home in this coastal getaway. This fully furnished apartment features a full kitchen with appliances, baking and cookware including pots, pans, bowls, plates, and cups for home-made meals, and a dining table for four. Enjoy entertainment with smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with plush towels. A fully stocked coffee bar is available for your caffeine fix. All linens and towels are provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will be collected after booking. This apartment is in a prime spot in the heart of Corpus Christi, near the Shoreline/Bayfront, and is 5 minutes to Downtown, easily accessible to all major highways. Minutes away from downtown, you'll find yourself just a short drive from McGee Beach, USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium. This apartment is primarily used by refinery workers and business travelers who need an affordable place to sleep while working nearby. This apartment is located in a lower socioeconomic inner-city neighborhood near downtown Corpus Christi where homeless/transient foot traffic is common. The partner does not recommend this apartment for families, vacation travelers, or guests seeking a quiet residential neighborhood. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the apartment or on site. Video surveillance monitors the exterior building hallways and parking lot for security purposes. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the apartment. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the apartment. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk and chair for a remote working option. We routinely conduct pest control in all our apartments due to our coastal location and high humidity. While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur.
