1111 church is not just a top notch apartment with the city’s finest amenities, it also has an amazing staff and community of residents. I would highly recommend living here. The location is in the heart of the city, but is strategically positioned away from the major city chaos. I love the pool, office spaces, gulf simulator, music room, pickle ball court and spa! They also have a great commercial kitchen available for brunches and parties! Best spot in Gulch!

1111 Church building is so well kept and they've provide excellent service whenever we've had a question or needed a quick repair. We love using the amenities - it's so easy to get in a quick game of pickleball or relax by the pool to recharge. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything. The view from our apartment has got to be one of the best in the city - never gets old. We love living here.

Resident of two months so far. The building itself, amenities, our unit, is extremely nice and everything we were hoping for. However there were several things that were falsely advertised to us or not mentioned at all that are negatively affecting this property bringing a would be 5 star review to 3. Airbnb. This was not mentioned during our tour or leasing process, and our lease specifically states we can not Airbnb which we were excited for. What they don’t tel you is the property airbnbs the entire 7th and 8th floor. 30% of all people in the building at a given time are airbnbers. On the weekends the pool and amenities are a party destination, not a high end residential building. We pay $130 monthly amenity fee, so it does get annoying hearing all these guest talk about how cool the free amenities are, take up over half the pool chairs, and destroy our property such as the pool and ping pong room a few weeks ago making maintenance come in at 8pm on a Saturday. There are rules on how many guests they can have, but they are not enforced and it is very common for there to be groups of 10-15 people. Last week they took away all our guest parking to give to the cafe attached to the building. The parking they advertised to us as guest parking. Now our friends and family have no option at all besides paying. This has also created parking lot chaos. There are 10 spots in a confined area. Today there was a line of over 15 cars trying to pull in, unaware there is no room, creating a literal carpool line. If you were attempting to enter it would have taken you 30 minutes, all for idiots who don’t know what they’re pulling into. Did I mention the cafe has an entire multi floor parking deck for free for their customers? But for some reason they needed the 10, inside OUR building, and management just gave it to them. The last thing I’ll throw in. When we toured the agent walking around talked about how they were hoping to add water chairs, the ones you lay in half in half out the water. After our first month we asked if that was still a possibility and was plainly told probably not management really isn’t interested in investing too much more into this property. We don’t care about the chairs, but that was interesting. Combine that with the fact that they no longer replenish the gym showers (they have hotel like dispensors for soaps, well, used to), no longer have free plastic coffee cups next to the machines, you realize the property has probably peaked.
