The entire property is smoke-free, not just the home. This includes vaping, smoking, cigars, etc. Payday rent plans are available. $900 monthly, $460 twice a month, or $218 each Friday. Certain restrictions apply and spayed or neutered animals over 1 year old are accepted on a case-by-case basis. $50.00 animal registration per animal which includes a call to your vet/clinic to verify age and spayed or neutered status.
