Photos show home virtually staged. The home is unfurnished. A sturdy tv mount in the living room is a space saver. Unwind after a long day on the covered front porch and enjoy the slower pace of the country. The ceiling fan in the living room helps circulate that wonderful cool air. The tub is a nice size and the closet is conveniently located in the bathroom. All windows come with window coverings. Everything you need in a cozy, easy-to-maintain package. We can provide a new dishwasher for an additional monthly amount. You will need a way to keep the approximately 1/3 of an acre yard mowed and weedeated. The entire property is smoke-free, not just the home. This includes vaping, smoking, cigars, etc. Payday rent plans are available. $900 monthly, $460 twice a month, or $218 each Friday. We love animals! Certain restrictions apply and spayed or neutered animals over 1 year old are accepted on a case-by-case basis. $50.00 animal registration per animal which includes a call to your vet/clinic to verify age and spayed or neutered status. Animal rent is $35.00/month per animal. Last month's rent, the security deposit and the $200 pre-paid exit cleaning fee may be paid out over time depending on your application status. Screening includes credit history, criminal history, employment verification and history, income verification, rental verification and history, animal criteria, and an in-home visit. We are looking for Residents who... are interested in staying in the home for a minimum of 1 year have an income of at least $2,700/month (adult applicants are welcome to add their incomes) have a debt-to-income ratio that is able to support the monthly rent plus anticipated utilities have a history of being responsible community members have a history of paying their obligations in a timely fashion have a history of taking good care of their current and previous homes and yards have a history of taking good care of their animals (if applicable) Before you fill out the application, please know the application states we are unable to process incomplete applications.
