Beautiful cottage home with updated kitchen with newer appliances and butcher block countertops. Two bedrooms plus a small office or large closet. Beautiful kitchen has an open concept to the dining room. Large pantry or mudroom area in the back of the house for additional storage. Excellent location where you can walk to the beach, ice cream shop and the area's restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access on and off the highway for an easy commute. A pet may be allowed on a case by case basis. Please note you must walk through one bedroom on the main level to get to the upstairs rooms. Good credit and great references required.
