Linens and bath towels are included. No laundry ( Coin-op Laundry 7 minutes away). Sorry, no pets. Access to the Bay and Causeway, private neighborhood. Access to Malletts Bay. Take the path the locals take to the Causeway bike path only steps away. Bike Path runs through Burlington and Colchester to the Causeway which leads to South Hero. Malletts Bay is on the right and the Broad lake, Law Island, and Sunset Island on the left. Fowl, fauna, fish and game abound. Available May 29 to July 3.
