Southwest Berkeley

Southwest Berkeley is bounded by University Ave to the north, Sacramento St to the East, Alcatraz Ave to the south and the bay to the west. Southwest Berkeley comprises a fascinating mix of the educational and the industrial. With the exception of gentrified 4th Street, the southwest portion of town is inhabited by mostly working class individuals and families.
