The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 1108 S. 4th Street
Make sure that you view YOUR unit before moving and are not shown a similar one because they are all insanely different from one another. Also note that if they promise to fix an old appliance or remodel your kitchen they will most likely never fulfill that promise even if reminded 1,000 times. Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and left a huge puddle in the middle of the kitchen, which had caused our wood to mold by the time they got around to "fixing" it. Washer/Dryer rooms are not in every building, cost money, and some of them are completely broken or leave your clothes soaking wet. At the beginning of your lease you are asked if you want to be used as a show unit for $5, we said no but our apartment is being shown on a weekly basis now so there are random people entering my apartment during a pandemic of which I am high risk.
