FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. The first guest room is furnished with two full sized beds. The next guest bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle, and features a smart tv and vaulted ceilings. A full bathroom in the hallways serves the guest rooms with ease. The primary suite is located at the end of the hall and is a true oasis! With a plush king size bed that overlooks the ocean, you will wake up with the sunrise and waves. There is a private deck and on suite bathroom that includes a dual vanity, soaking tub, walk in shower, and private water closet. Outside covered parking adds to the convenience of this home. There is an outdoor shower that is fully enclosed. DISCLAIMER: For the security and protection of the home, some properties may have exterior security cameras installed on site.
