The main floor features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with barstool seating, as well as a dining area, living room, gas fireplace, storage closets, powder room, and a peaceful back deck. The second floor includes a spacious landing, washer and dryer, guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and the master bedroom that includes an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower, as well as a walk-in closet. The lower level includes a second family room with a walk-out, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and multiple storage closets. A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent as well as a $3,400 security deposit required prior to moving in. Available for an 8-12+ month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, landline phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. Water, sewer, and trash are paid for by owner. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the walking surfaces, and patio/deck, as well as replacing water filters, and maintaining the water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
