Enter the home through the back foyer where youll find a bench and closet, so you keep your shoes and coats organized and stowed away. Come right into the bright spacious open kitchen with center island work station. New stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, an abundance of cabinet space, and a pantry await. Dine in the adjoining open dining area or right outside on the covered stone patio. The living room features a wall of built-in shelving and TV for downtime. This main level also offers a laundry room with half bath and a bedroom en suite. The showcase of the second floor is the grand master bedroom en suite with private stairway. Enjoy the view out of the wall of windows. The room includes two closets and has its own full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom with large shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Outside, enjoy the mountain views or relax out on the front porch with its view of the countryside. A beautifully crafted stone wall lines the front yard and additional historic stone walls line the back of the property, which adjoins over 100 acres of DEP Watershed land open for hiking and hunting. Guests have full access to the home with the exception of a few locked closets for supplies. We are only an email or phone call away and are available as needed. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action as soon as possible but there is no one living on-site. Cloud Crowd is located just outside the bucolic hamlet of Bloomville. Rolling hills provide the back drop for cows grazing in meadows. Popular restaurant Table on Ten, featured in magazines such as Conde\' Nast and Vogue, is minutes away. Nearby towns offer additional restaurant choices, most offering local seasonal ingredients. Hiking and biking area is available at the Catskill Scenic Trail and farther away at numerous parks. Delaware County is four season vacation destination. Only a few hours from NYC brings you directly into the heart of the Catskills. Check-In and Check-Out: Plan your travel on our listed 4PM arrival and 11AM departure times. Changes in times may be available for an additional fee if possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice for requests, last minute requests may not be possible as cleaning and service schedules are planned in advance. Guests are provided with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, propane, cleaning supplies. When the provided supply is gone guests should purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay. The maximum number of guests in the house is 8 which includes children and infants. For your safety and comfort do not exceed the number of guests allowed in the home. We are dog friendly but there is an additional fee of $200 per reservation for pets. One dog max. Cell service is limited in the area and it is likely there is no service at the house. Write down directions when driving in the area as GPS may not be available. WiFi Calling will allow you to make and receive phone calls at the house, check your cell phone carrier settings. Snow is likely October - April. Check the weather for this area and plan your travel accordingly. Snow plow service stops between 8PM and 5AM on secondary roads.
