1104 5Th St is a house located in Hill County and the 59501 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Havre Elementary attendance zone.
Situated in northern Montana about 45 miles south of the Canadian border, Havre is the ninth-largest city in the state with a population of just over 9,000. It is the seat of Hill County, and it became a city in 1893. Havre is a college town, home to Montana State University-Northern. It also contains the Carnegie Library, Boxcars Casino, H. Earl Clack Museum, and Havre Beneath the Streets -- a historic underground shopping district formed when much of the city burned down, and business owners moved to their basements to continue working while the city was rebuilt.
Back in the late 1800s, Havre was very much a Wild West town, complete with bootleggers and cowboys. Today, this stunning area located along the Milk River offers wooded neighborhoods, terrific parks, and great shopping. In addition to skiing, hiking, boating, and camping at parks like Bear Paw Ski Bowl and Beaver Creek Park, be sure to visit Buffalo Jump -- a prehistoric buffalo jump with guided tours.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
