Cozy great room has gas fireplace and neutral paint with vaulted ceilings. Master bed with vaulted ceiling, has walk-in closet and private access to the side porch. Lots of natural light makes this townhome a relaxing place to live. Available for showings only one day during property review on December 18, 2022 between 1-3 PM. Landlord will be on property hanging out lease applications who will be interested. Application fee is $50.00. Please bring or send your client to the property review on Sunday, December 18, 1-3 PM and landlord will answer any questions that your client might have. Property will be available for rent right after showing when landlord will approve one of the submitted applications. HOA fee and water fee are included in monthly rental payment.
