Monthly rent is $3800 and offered on a long-term basis. Long-term tenants are responsible for all utilities for this non-smoking, no pet property. Entering this unfurnished, ranch-style, 1385 square-foot home built in 1960, you will feel welcomed as you enter the front door. Located near the top of David Avenue, this house is across the street from a quaint little assisted-care facility for seniors who are quiet and friendly. The main living area is a large room with French doors that go out onto a wood deck that is shaded by a few trees. The living room has lots of sunlight, beautiful wood floors, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has all the major appliances you need, including a gas-range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, plus space for a breakfast nook. If your guests gather around the kitchen, they can socialize with everyone in the open dining area and will be unhindered from view by those working in the kitchen. Off the dining area, you will find the first full bathroom with a bathtub. As you walk down the hallway toward the two bedrooms, you will pass the washer and dryer closet, the second bathroom with a shower, and a spacious linen closet. At the end of the hallway are the primary and secondary bedrooms with wood floors. Outside is a carport that can accommodate two vehicles. There is a locked storage room that contains the owners’ personal belongings, so that area is not available to tenants. However, there is a newly purchased yellow shed to the left of the storage room that is approximately 7 feet high, 6 feet wide, and 9 feet deep that tenants are welcome to use. This shed does not have windows or electricity, but it is a great storage area for recreational equipment and other household goods that you want to store outside. The shed also has a lock, so the tenants’ belongings are secure. Speaking of security, the house has a Nest thermostat that is linked to two security cameras. You can use the Nest app to remotely view the cameras and adjust the temperature within the home. The partially fenced yard has a small utility shed where the garbage cans and other yard tools are stored. The yard is an easy-care landscape that should be maintained by the tenants. This property is ideal for anyone who enjoys a quiet neighborhood, and the convenience of being close to shopping centers, several grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and other conveniences located near the intersection of David Avenue and Forest Avenue/Hwy 68.
