About This Property
Description: This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. This apartment is located near the bike path and has a wonderful next door neighbor. We will allow 1 declawed/fixed cat for a non-refundable pet deposit. The rent here would be $750.00 ($775.00 with a cat) per month plus electric. If there is a second person it would $25.00 more a month to cover water and sewage cost. Utilities: The monthly rent includes water and sewage. You will have to pay for Electric and TV (Charter ready), Phone and Internet service that you would like. Maintenance: We have a 24-hour maintenance line. We will fix/address any issues you may have in a timely matter. Furnishings: We will provide you a stove/oven, microwave and a refrigerator. There is no laundry, however you will be given a key to our apartment building down the street to use the laundry room there. Pets: We will allow 1 Declawed/fixed cat Lease: This is for a one-year lease, however we can do longer. We cannot do month to month. What to do next: To set up a showing please fill out an application at northarrowmqt. com. Once we get the application, we will email you with a date and a time of the showing. What is needed to move in: To move in we would need the security deposit and first months rent.
