This is a spacious 2-bedroom 1.5-bathroom apartment in the Chapel hill Towers located at 1101 independence ave. The rent is $655+Electric. This rating is DISCOUNTED $250 for 5 months. All utilities and heat is included. You will have to take over my lease, which ends March 1st. You have the option to stay afterwards with rating close to $705/month (that would be up to the land lord but it will not go much beyond that). The rent is flexible and more discount is offered for early callers. The apartment is really nice. Plenty of closet space. I have provided a floor plan. It has a newly installed remote controlled A/C in the living room and another A/C in the master bedroom. The kitchen has stove, oven refrigerator and dishwasher. Laundry available in the floor for total of $3 for wash and dry. The entire house is carpeted. The living room has a beautiful view to the woods. Because of the trees there is a nice breeze and the apartment is cool in the summer and the A/C is rarely needed. Heat is included which is really nice, the apartment is always very warm and cozy in the winter and no extra electric bill. You can move in as early as next week and it's flexible. The rent is already really low for such a nice and large apartment. The location is just next to the Chapel Hill mall, close to Sam's club, Marc's, Giant Eagle and Aldi and many other good stores. There are lots of restaurants and bars and the mall in walking distance. Please call, text or e-mail me if you are interested. Call soon to get most discounts. I should mention, the floor plans provided are the only ones I could found, the unit doesn't have a balcony, The master bedroom HAS large windows, but the floor plan in the photos doesn't have the windows for that room. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos. BTW the furniture you can see are some still available for sale as I'm moving soon. Please contact ASAP if you want any of them before they are gone.
