We are looking for a tenant to move in as soon as possible, with a good credit score (minimum 625) and a clean eviction history. - A security deposit equal to the agreed amount must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the approval notification. We'll need copies of your last two years' tax returns and business bank statements for the past three months (including all pages). - Retired? Show us proof of your retirement income, like social security or pension checks.
