Pets are allowed based on size and must be disclosed upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional pet cleaning fees are as follows: 1-4 nights: $25 per night, 5-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. Only cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double. Early check-in at 2 PM can be accommodated for a $35 fee, subject to approval. The vanity sink isn’t in perfect shape at the moment, but it still works just fine. Linens are provided for the queen bed, but for the couch, please bring your own blankets and sheets to ensure a comfortable stay.
