This cozy retreat accommodates 4 guests and is approximately 600 sq ft. This fully furnished apartment features stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a cozy coffee bar is available to start your day right. Enhance your coastal experience by booking multiple apartments. Driveway parking is first come, first served, and all other vehicles will need to be parked on the street in front of the home. Centrally located near Downtown, McGee Beach, Cole Park & Pier, this apartment offers easy access to an array of dining options in the vibrant neighborhood. It's also conveniently located across from the Christus Spohn Hospital and within walking distance of Cole Park Pier and numerous restaurants and cafes. A grocery-stocked Family Dollar is also within walking distance. The minimum age required for booking is 21. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, and violations are subject to a $100 fine and immediate eviction from the premises. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine verified by the use of an ozone machine. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Hosts must be notified via the platform of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. No parties or events are allowed, with a maximum of 4 guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $30/hour thereafter. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. Guest(s) assumes responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property and agree upon booking to release and indemnify the host from any liability if injured on the property. Guests may not have any personal mail, items, or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the Host. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same cost as the regular cleaning fee. Includes a desk and desk chair for remote working with high-speed Wi-Fi. This is a historic bungalow that's been remodeled over time but has kept a lot of its historic charm. This home was originally built in 1923 and is over 100 years old. This is a bungalow duplex with 2 separate apartments under one roof. This duplex is a separate space from Unit # 2. A Ring doorbell is installed as a security measure that records video and sound. All homes are equipped with Smart TVs, and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in, but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services. To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment. We routinely conduct pest control in all our units due to our coastal location and high humidity. While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of pests can occur.
