Located minutes away from downtown Vero Beach and a ten minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean an many beautiful and uncrowded beaches! It s located in a good neighborhood and biking or walk distance to many good restaurant parks, shopping and historic downtown where there are always activities like street dances, art shows and lots of live music. Our condo is in a 50+ plus condominium setting. Other occupants in the three story three building community are a good mix of permanent residents and "snowbirds " and Holiday renters. Our place is on the second floor with a private parking spot a short elevator ride away. Laundry room is for our second floor guests and residents. The condo is a 2bdrm with 2 queen beds. Master bedroom has walk in closet , small work desk and medium sized bathroom with shower. There is a sliding door that leads to florida room with comfortable seating and a sweet view of the courtyard and swimming pool. Living room also has a sliding door access to florida room. Hardwood floors in living and dinning room.Large color TV as well. Second bedroom with queen bed has big closet and is close to second bathroom which has bath tub. the kitchen is stocked ,has dishwasher, microwave , stove,fridge and pantry. Tile floor. Unit has central air and heat that was installed new 3 years ago We have owned condo for 12 years and rented every year for holiday seasons with a few renters for second year.
