Blackout shades in the bedroom and washer/dryer in the bathroom. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas and $40 for w/s/t per person per month. No pets. Reserved parking spot and guest parking. Clubhouse includes fitness and business centers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
