Downstairs bedrooms are smaller than average, but the upstairs bedroom is very large. There is a removable wood barrier at the top of the stairs to get a bed upstairs. Laundry hook up on main floor. Enclosed back porch. Off street parking. Brand new City Sidewalk. Beautiful perennial flowers by front porch. There will be a new kitchen countertop installed soon and curtains at the windows that were just not completed yet when we took these pictures. $40 app fee
